Welcome to the Westridge Place Home
Owner's Association website.
Westridge Place is a planned community located in Vancouver, Washington.
A neighborhood that cares to rise well above the ordinary to pursue the
spectacular. Large lots in a time of land use downsizing, open spaces,
wide trail-like sidewalks and a friendly neighborhood with a strong
sense of community.
Westridge Place is a cut above the ordinary. |

Statement
To develop a sense of community through
the promotion of common interests, preserving the aesthetics of the neighborhood,
enhancing the value of our property, and maintaining a high quality of life
within Westridge Place. |

Good Neighbors -
We are neighbors first, Association members second. There is no better
substitute than to resolve issues as neighbors. Not all issues will have
Association implication. |

Volunteerism – We
highly value our volunteers who go beyond the normal commitments of being
a resident. |

Property Maintenance
- Each home/property owner will maintain the Association common areas
in a manner that complements the subdivision and doesn’t detract
from the value of our properties or common areas. |

Common Good - We
will evaluate all issues on their merit to the Associat ion, and the Mission
Statement and not with regard to any particular interest group. |

Continually Improving
- We will endeavor to evolve as an Association to the ever-changing times
in the policies and decisions we make, always referring to the original
CC&R’s and by-laws for the spirit in design of our subdivision. |
