As members of Westridge Place HOA, you are all welcome to observe any Board meeting. If time allows at the end of the meeting, the Board will hear comments/input from any observer. Please email the Board Secretary, if you plan to attend so adequate seating arrangements can be made.

Dear Homeowner, First we want to thank everyone for their continued interest and support of the HOA Board activities in making Westridge a great community. The Board meeting that was scheduled for tonight has been canceled at the request of Rick Bowler and with the agreement of the Board. Mr. Bowler and Jim Cochran have agreed to meet to continue to address Declarant transition issues and we are hopeful we will soon be able to report positive progress. The next Board meeting has been tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 29th at 5:30 pm at 19808 SE 10th St. Most of the issues we are currently focused on are related to the gated community only. The community at large is in great shape, and we are hopeful that we will continue on this path for everyone within Westridge. Again, we are grateful for your continued support, you help make this a great community.
